We reserve the right at all times to modify any and all items featured on RinneTraps.com. While we have tried to accurately display shapes and colors of our products on the website, there may be a variance in color depending on the lighting present when viewing the item, or depending on the electronic device being used to view this website.

Billing terms 
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal payments. Your total cost is displayed at checkout, and you will have the ability to review it prior to submitting your order and payment. All payments are due upon completion of your online order. If your payment is not received or if the payment method that you used is declined, the order will not be placed and the selected items will not be shipped.

Cancellations 
You may cancel an online order at anytime, as long as your ordered items have not already been shipped. To cancel your order, please send an email to Support@Rinnecorp.com, and put "Cancellation" in the subject line along with your order #. Please include all additional details in the email body. We are unable to cancel an order that has already been shipped.
